When do I pay?

We will always inform you in advance of the expiration of service on the e-mail.

The payment request / invoice is automatically sent to the contact email 30 days before the expiration date. Invoice due date is 14 days. If you do not make a payment within this deadline, we will send you further reminders to avoid blocking your services.

ATTENTION! Payments for domains are always recommended pay in advance to prevent the domain from redemption.

At the Customer Center, you can easily see when it expires a domain or a webhosting for it. Without being suprised. 🙂
